PALINDROMO SEMANAL

Estimadas amigas, amigos y familiares. Buscando y rebuscando en la lengua castellana, se encuentran palabras interesantes, las mas raras posiblemente sean los palíndromos, ya sabeis, aquellas palabras que se leen igual del derecho que del revés.
El palíndromo de esta semana es: COÑOÑOC Df- Dicese del petete de una niña ñoña.

COCINA------COOKING

VERSIÓN ESPAÑOLA.
Pastel de naranja y fresa.
Ingredientes:
Huevos 2
Mantequilla 75 gr.
Harina 100 gr.
Azúcar 150 gr.
Naranja 1
Fresas 3 o 4
Eso es todo lo que necesitas, así que, empecemos.
En primer lugar pilla un recipiente en el que mezclaras las yemas de los huevos con los 150 gr. de azúcar. Añade también una cucharada de agua fresca. Mezclalo lo mejor que puedas. Junta la harina y mezcla de nuevo. Separa las fresas. Corta la piel de la naraja muuuuy muuuy finita, la cutícula naranja solamente, y juntalo con las fresas. Batelo bien batido, pero bieeeen bien batido. Los chicos imaginaros que os hacéis una pajilla, vosotras chicas, imaginad que le estas haciendo una pajilla a vuestro chico, pero chicas…..esta vez….. de verdad eh?
Bien, mezcla las dos pastas. Bate las claras a punto de nieve. Derrite la mantequilla y une las claras y la mantequilla a la masa inicial. Todo al horno a unos 150 Cº hasta que esté hecho.
Para aquellos que desean algo más salvajillo, podéis usar Tetrahidrocannabidol. En ese caso, deberás hervir las hiervas en leche, y la nata que resulta, unela a la mantequilla derretida antes comentada. PERO ATENCION!!! CUIDADO!!! NO DEBERÍAS HACER ESTO!!
Para terminar, puedes recubrir con azúcar glass, con chocolate caliente (como Pam Grier) o abrirlo y meter mermelada de mora.

ENGLISH VERSION:
Orange and Strawberry Cake.
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Butter 75 gr.
Flour 100 gr.
Sugar 150 gr.
Orange 1.
Strawberries 3 or 4.
That’s all you need, so, let’s get started.
First, take a recipient witch you’ll use to mix the yellow of the eggs with the 150 gr. of sugar. You can also add fresh water; just a spoon will be fine. Mix all that as good as you can. Now, join the flour, and mix it again. Take the strawberries and put it into a recipient apart. Cut the orange’s skin, very very thin, just the orange cuticle, and put it with the strawberries. Use a mixer to mix it all up veeeeery good, and I mean veeery good. You boys tray to think that you are jerking off, and you girls tray to imagine that you are jerking your boy off……but, girls…..this time is for real.
Well, join this jam with the first one, mix it very well once again. Take the white of the eggs, and once again use your mixer to mix the white until you get a very solid white foam, melt the butter, and put both ingredients with all the stuff. Mix very well.
All that strait to the oven, around 150 Cº until it’s done.
For those that want harder stuff, you can use Tetrahidrocannabidol. In that case, you’ll have to boil the grass in milk, separate the butter you would get there, and join it with the butter you melt in the final process. BUT!! ATTENTION!! BE AWERE, YOU SHOULDN’T DO THAT.
To finish, you can cover it with sugar, hot chocolate (like Pam Grier) or insert blackberry jam inside.

Un amigo de un amigo ha sido nominado para los premios de la Academia de cine de los EEUU, los Oscar, con su corto: “7:35 de la mañana”. De hecho, Manu, nuestro colega y conocido por todos, aparece brevemente tocando la guitarra. Sencillamente impresionante ¿No? El tío del quien hablo se llama Nacho Vigalondo, y parece que podéis disfrutar de su corto en su web: http://www.nachovigalondo.com/
Ok, entonces, intentad ver el corto y la pregunta es la siguiente: ¿Quién opina que Nacho Vigalondo ganará el premio al mejor corto? (Estamos hablando de un Oscar)
